Package fees and billing
Published service fees are professional design and coordination ranges. Unless a written engagement says otherwise, AdaptScot uses the business-plan milestone structure: 50% at design start, 40% before works coordination, and 30% at handover for the relevant scoped stage. Your written proposal confirms the exact stage values before work begins. Trade, supplier, consent, and statutory costs are quoted separately and passed through transparently.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Scots law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
